Age Restrictions

Legally speaking, under-18’s can purchase low and non-alcoholic drinks.

However, for this to be lawful the drinks sold must be below 1.2% ABV. This is because the Jersey Licensing (Jersey) Law 1974 states that alcohol means beer, wine, cider, spirits and other liquors over 1.2% ABV.  Therefore, any drink below 1.2% ABV is not classed as alcohol so relevant ‘underage laws’ do not apply.

From a moral standpoint, we at ClubAF Limited feel that low and non-alcoholic drinks are adult drinks and therefore should only be consumed by those 18 years and over.
